For the past week when I try to open YouTube every video wont load or play very slow at 144p no matter what the browser is. My internet is fine. What would be the reason for this problem?

Too many cache and cookies might be the reason... Therefore, users should pay the same attention to cache and cookies when your YouTube videos not playing Chrome, Safari, Firefox etc.

I has the same problem, what i did was i uninstalled and reinstalled my windows, then it started to work fine.
