Should I buy a cheap SSL Certificate ? Or Paid one? do you know any places to get cheap SSL certificate.

you can crawl it, There are many companies offers free & trial SSL certificates. Most probably after a certain time you have pay for it, So you can go with paid one, If you wanna for free then go with Let's Encrypt

Comodo offers you the best and free SSL certificate.

RapidSSL is reasonable pricing though I haven't actually tried them.
