HI My internet connection is running very slow, is there any changes to speed up my internet speed just with one settings change?

Worst modem connection can be the reason for slowed internet working. For ages I had been using a Linksys modem that I thought it was working good. I was having frequent internet drop outs and blaming them on my ISP. Finally I jumped to a new NETGEAR modem and speeds went up and the drop outs stopped.

The common issue raises from sharing your internet with a bunch of other people. Try to use the internet disconnecting other systems connected to it then you might encounter the reason for problem cause.

There are infinite reasons why your Internet might not be performing as you expect it to. Here are the few common reason for the following:
- Old software or hardware
- Too many other computers or mobile items on the network
- Ongoing downloads
- Signal interference from walls or other appliances
- Low Internet speed from your Internet Service Provider

If you find that your connection is still slow, switching to another provider is possibly the best solution.

Check and reset your modem and router. If you find there is a problem with the modem, Call your ISP and have them replace the modem.
