I suggest you uptime robot. It has lots of benefits it allows for 15-minute monitoring intervals across as many as 50 separate websites.

My suggestion, Pingometer is the best website monitoring tool. Pingometer is free and paid tool, It's used to monitoring large brands such as Apache, Cisco, and Oracle...There are so many countries are using this tool.
