System shutting down & automatically rebooting 2 to 3 times a day

I'm using Dell Inspiron core I3 6th generation with windows 10 licensed version installed in it. I don't know what happened to my laptop it keeps shutting down and rebooting 2 to 3 times in a day. Please help me.
