Hello, I have deleted a folder in my Downloads folder. When you try to delete it normally it says you need administrator's permission but I am the administrator of this computer. I have also tried to delete it using CMD through what I learned online but it says "Access is denied" even in Admin mode of CMD. Kindly please help me.

This usually indicates the file or folder is being used by another process. Does the folder delete when in Safe Mode?
