i can't find ".htaccess" in win 7 ? Please guide me on this

By default there is no .htaccess files in Windows OC, but you can configure Apache to use them

Try this path
Search All files and folders, in All or part of the filename: put "".htaccess"" including the quotes.

"You can find htaccess file by following these steps-
1. Go to CPanel & Login
2. Click on the File Manager icon
3. Check the box & select the Domain Name to access from the drop-down menu
4. Ensure Show Hidden Files is checked
5. Click Go
6. Now look for the .htaccess file in the list of files."
