What is windows hello? How should i setup windows hello on my PC running with windows 10 OS?

You dont need to install it, by default Windows 10 is built up with Windows Hello, which allows you to sign in using bio-metric data like fingerprints or facial recognition.
What you must do is, Go to Accounts > Sign-in options > Set up > Get started.

Windows Hello is a featured invented mainly for high security, it allows you to login into your system by recognising your fingerprint or your face . Just update your PC, in settings just activate windows hello to enjoy this feature.
