Its very ridiculous, WiFi connection is fast while connected with android where slow with a laptop.

They may need to get you another modem/router (if you have it through the ISP). Or if not, and it is yours, you can try updating the firmware to it and make sure that it is capable of handling the speeds you are looking for. Not all modems/routers are.
