Can the real ip address can be tracked when i use VPNs?

Usually, VPN will mask your original IP address, and with that no one can identify where you actually coming from.

The main functionality of VPN is that it hides your real IP address. Some VPN providers keep logs about the history of network activities of users.

Yes, it can be tracked if your VPN leaks that data to your ISP or other entities out there that may be monitoring similar activity.
As such, you should refrain from accessing websites that you shouldn't be accessed in the first place.
Also, stay away from the dark web and if you are about to embark on a journey there, at least use TOR and choose the right VPN or proxy for the job.
