My WordPress website has been hacked, anyone give me solution and how to fix.

Follow these steps and fix wordPress site hacked :
Update new version of WordPress website and also update all themes and plugins
Check your all passwords, peculiarly admin passwords.
Backup and store it separately you files.
Run scanner and confirm your site is clean.
