I was unable to connect to WIFI

Recently I purchased new laptop its Dell Inspiron APU Dual Core A9 7th Gen with windows 10 OS. I am trying to connect wifi but I was unable to connect. Do i need to install any driver additionally? I am not even getting wi-fi icon on notification box.

Here are detailed steps to check on your laptop for connecting wifi:

Step 1: Check whether wifi drives are installed or not. If not then install.

Step 2: Then check out your PC has wifi button,  if it has then turned it on.

Step 3: Next restart the router. Make sure that the WLAN light is on or flashing, and also check the settings whether the SSID is broadcasted or hide.

Step 4: If you have created any profile for wireless in your PC, just remove it.

Step 5: Put strong password with some special characters in order to avoid from hackers.

Yes, you need to install additional drivers for wifi connection. Install and check now.
