How do I check SSE4.1-enabled CPU?

Could any one name some freeware software that gathers information on main devices of your system.

ENTER YOUR PC (HOMEPAGE)

Press menu + r

You will receive a pop-up.

Then type :- DXDIAG

Then press enter! YOU WILL GET YOUR WHOLE PC'S INFORMATION!!!

Free programs such as CPU-Z and HWinfo can provide you with complete information on your computer's processor and other hardware components on the motherboard.

"Speccy" is a free system information tool. You can have a section of helpful information. Know if you have SSE4.1 support or not in the instruction section of CPU.
