HOW TO CHOOSE A MANAGED SERVICES PROVIDER

Some of the 3 main criteria to select your MSP.

1. Does the MSP have longevity in its space and technology area?
2. Can the MSP provide positive customer references for similar work performed?
3. Does the MSP have depth and strength of technical staff?

The main criteria to check while selecting MSP is to know whether MSP could provide 24 x 7 x 365 Remote Monitoring service.

Yes as shannon said, it is the main key criteria to check if the MSP you select could provide 365*24 hours of Service..
